McDonald's Boise is looking for a proactive Shift Manager to lead daily operations, supervise crew, and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service while maintaining top quality and cleanliness across all areas.

You will plan shifts, manage staffing and inventories, monitor safety and performance, and coach teammates to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Prior leadership in a restaurant or retail setting is preferred; you must be 18 or older.
