• Must be 18+ years old and have 6+ months of management experience in food service.
• Extremely hands-on position requiring physical work up front with guests and staff.
• Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic with high standards.
• Must lead by example and coach the team to grow.
• Must have reliable transportation and open availability including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Solid employment history with positive references.
