Job summary

The ideal candidate will excel in leadership, customer service, and P&L management, with responsibilities ranging from training to implementing controls. A reliable vehicle, ServSafe certification, and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service and operations.
• Work with General and Assistant Manager to achieve performance.
