Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance and safety, and hand off to the next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets for shifts and departments and manage crew during busy periods.
