McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager for a corporate-owned restaurant. You will lead shifts, guide crew and fellow managers, ensure a fast, accurate and friendly guest experience, and uphold McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have prior leadership experience and a flexible schedule, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. 18+ to manage in a franchise setting. Benefits are included as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule to cover shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lead shifts and ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Supervise crew and other managers during a shift to meet standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next shift.
• Help prepare the next shift and departments to meet goals.
• Oversee tasks like food safety, inventory, maintenance, scheduling and training.
