Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
• Experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift.
• Ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness for customers.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and support department goals.
• Oversee safety, security and profitability of the shift.
