McDonald's is hiring a Shift Manager to lead weekly shifts, supervise crew and other managers, and ensure fast, friendly service with top-notch quality and cleanliness. 18+ and prior leadership in hospitality preferred, with a flexible schedule in a fast-paced McDonald's environment.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Flexible schedule availability required; positive, energetic team player.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts.
• Ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards are met.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Oversee tasks such as planning for each shift and meeting department goals.
