Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and daily maintenance and cleanliness.
• Schedule, train, and develop team members and departments.
