Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and direction of team members during assigned shifts.
• Ensure team delivers outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
• Train and coach team members to meet performance standards.
• Utilize AES systems to run a restaurant on all shifts and enforce controls.
• Set and achieve restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
