• Help prepare the next Shift Manager to run a great shift.
• Support departments to meet their goals and targets.
• Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory and scheduling.
• Train staff and oversee daily maintenance and cleanliness.
• Ensure safe, secure operations and favorable profitability.
