Job summary

McDonald’s in North Carolina is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts each week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service and adherence to McDonald’s standards. You will guide crew and fellow managers, plan each shift, monitor performance, safety, profitability, and communicate with the next shift to keep operations smooth.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, and candidates must be 18 years or older.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience and uphold Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Monitor performance during the shift, ensure safety and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prep them for a great shift.
• May be responsible for planning each shift, coordinating with departments, and meeting targets.
