Cafe Rio is hiring high-energy shift managers in Ammon, Idaho. You will help oversee day-to-day kitchen and dining room operations, coach a team, and ensure a great guest experience. You’ll lead by example, manage schedules and performance, and contribute to a fast-paced, made-from-scratch restaurant concept.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a restaurant setting.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
