Job summary

Cafe Rio in Meridian, Idaho is seeking high energy assistant managers to join our team. This position offers you a chance to run a real fresh, made from scratch restaurant concept. You’ll receive 8 weeks of hands-on training, competitive pay, paid time off, and health care benefits.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., and have strong interpersonal communication skills. If you are ready to take your culinary career to the next level, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Proof of valid driver's license.
• 2+ years of management experience in the restaurant industry.
• Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 15 or more employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Interact frequently with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Coach employees to take on challenging roles.
• Run daily operations of the restaurant successfully.

Skills

Strong interpersonal communication skills

Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
