Cafe Rio is seeking energetic assistant managers to join its fast-paced, made-from-scratch restaurant team in the United States. You’ll help lead daily operations, coach staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while delivering quality meals.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Proof of valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hrs.
• 2+ years of management experience in a restaurant setting with a team of 15+.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Interacts well with diverse employees; bilingual skills a plus.
