Job summary

McDonald’s Corporate owned restaurant is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts, ensure fast, accurate, friendly service, and uphold McDonald’s standards of quality, service and cleanliness. As a Shift Manager you’ll supervise crew and other managers, plan shifts, monitor performance, maintain safety and profitability, and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

Must be 18+ and have leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills are essential.
• Flexible schedule and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service for every visit.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers, upholding Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, and manage safety, security, and profitability.
• Coordinate with next Shift Manager to maintain smooth operations and handoffs.
• Oversee tasks across food preparation, inventory, maintenance, scheduling, and training.
