McDonald’s corporate-owned restaurant seeks a Shift Manager to lead a crew and supervise daily operations in a fast-paced setting. You will uphold McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness while driving targets, safety and profitability.

Qualificações

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun and work in a fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Guide crew and other managers to meet McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Monitor safety, security, profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for the next shift.
