McDonald’s Shift Manager position at a franchised restaurant seeks an energetic leader to run shifts and guide crew and fellow managers. You will safeguard quality, service and cleanliness while delivering a fast, friendly guest experience.

Responsibilities include planning shifts, monitoring performance, maintaining safety and profitability, and ensuring team targets are met. Food safety, inventory, and training are part of daily duties; 18+ required.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work in a fast paced McDonald’s environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly experience for every visit.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and prepare the next Shift Manager to run a great shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and help departments reach their goals.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth handoff.
• Maintain Food Safety, Inventory, Maintenance, Scheduling and Training as part of daily duties.
• Support quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security.
