• Serve as subject matter expert on hospitality, customer service and kitchen support.
• Responsible for inventory and facilities management.
• Understand each key position in front and back of store.
• Strategize to improve sales and processes in the restaurant.
• Meet physical demands: stand up to 10 hours, lift up to 50 pounds.
