Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure quality service, and uphold brand standards at a Dairy Queen location. You will guide team members to deliver excellent guest experiences while learning from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location; English fluency may be essential for certain stations.

Responsibilities

• Shift Manager provides quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards to enhance each customer’s visit.
• Assists and learns management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
