Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager to oversee daily operations, provide excellent customer service, and ensure food quality in accordance with company and franchise standards.

Responsibilities include assisting management and learning from the Assistant Manager and General Manager, while maintaining service and safety standards. This role requires leadership in a fast-paced environment and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years previous experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.

Responsibilities

• The Shift Manager provides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance each customer’s visit, while assisting and learning management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
