Responsibilities

• The Shift Manager provides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance each customer’s visit, while assisting and learning management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
• The Shift Manager supports daily operations, trains staff, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Opens or closes the store as needed and helps maintain a positive guest experience.
