Job summary

Classic Fun Center in Saint George, Utah, is hiring a Shift Manager to lead daily operations across our rink, café, and admissions. You will work alongside your team to create a safe, fun, and well-run environment, handling issues in real time and ensuring every guest has a great experience.

You’ll own your shift—from team performance and guest satisfaction to cleanliness, safety, and flow—and you’ll step into different roles as needed while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams or supervising staff is preferred, bringing a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to give direction and feedback clearly.

Responsibilities

Our Shift Manager plays a key role in leading daily operations and setting the tone for both team members and guests. You are responsible for creating a safe, fun, and well-run environment by supporting your team, solving problems in real time, and ensuring every guest has a great experience.
