Job summary

Classic Fun Center in Saint George, Utah, is hiring a Shift Manager to lead daily operations across our rink, café, and admissions. You will work alongside your team to create a safe, fun, and well-run environment, handling issues in real time and ensuring every guest has a great experience.

You’ll own your shift—from team performance and guest satisfaction to cleanliness, safety, and flow—and you’ll step into different roles as needed while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams or supervising staff is preferred, bringing a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to give direction and feedback clearly.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-energy environment and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members across the rink, café, and admissions.
• Ensure a safe environment by actively monitoring the floor and addressing issues immediately.
• Deliver a great guest experience by resolving concerns quickly and professionally.
• Manage shift flow, including staffing, breaks, and position coverage.
• Step into any role as needed (café, front counter, floor, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards throughout the facility.
• Monitor food service quality, speed, and safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with team members and upper management.
• Handle basic cash management and closing/opening responsibilities.
