Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills

• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate Team Members during each shift; Delegate tasks and communicate shift goals and priorities; Coach employees with timely, constructive feedback; Support onboarding and training of new Team Members; Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
• Restaurant Operations: Perform all Team Member responsibilities as needed; Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational and sales goals; Ensure all food, beverage, and service standards are consistently met; Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and overall restaurant appearance; Maintain inventory levels and communicate supply needs; Complete shift change communication to ensure smooth transitions.
• Guest Service: Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly; Lead by example by providing friendly, fast, and accurate service; Encourage Team Members to create a welcoming and positive guest experience.
• Other Management Tasks: Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health standards; Follow company policies related to safety, security, and loss prevention; Manage cash handling procedures and monitor cash over/short during each shift; Assist with employee scheduling as assigned.
