gusto! Downtown Atlanta is seeking a Shift Manager/Catering Coordinator to lead a vibrant, healthy fast-food operation. You’ll oversee customer service, food safety, catering, and team development while driving revenue and guest satisfaction. This leadership role requires hands-on supervision, crew training, and timely execution of catering orders.

You’ll manage shift schedules, ensure standards, and collaborate with sales to deliver premier experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-centric role with exceptional service.
• 1+ years in a Shift Leader/Supervisor or Manager role, preferably in food service.
• Excellent people skills.
• Consistent reliability and punctuality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong communication skills, capable of coordinating between various teams.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a reliable means of transportation.
• Driving Requirement: pass MVR checks and required training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations including training, food safety, and service.
• Manage catering orders and deliveries.
• Ensure store opens/closes per standards.
• Lead team, delegate tasks, and maintain a clean, inviting workplace.
