Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino in Prior Lake, MN is seeking a Shift Manager for Club M to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and execute events and promotions across Mystic Lake and Little Six properties. You will ensure guest satisfaction, compliance, and smooth opening/closing duties while managing payroll and performance coaching.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and comfort with technology.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field and 2+ years in marketing, hospitality or retail, or 6+ years of experience.
2+ years of formal or informal people leadership experience, with front-line teams preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with technology and ability to learn multiple systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee assigned shift, including staffing levels, scheduling, performance management and payroll accuracy.
Manage setup and execution of events/promotions and ensure policy compliance.
Approve guest recovery offers and distribute prizes within procedures.
Interview and develop team members, conduct one-on-ones, and lead team huddles.
Identify and resolve guest issues; collaborate with marketing for improved promotions.
