Job summary

Triumph is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead a shift team in our fast-growing graded trading card business in Mountain View, CA. You will own the operational quality from receipt to shipment and serve as the exclusive handler of high-value inventory.

You’ll delegate tasks, manage the weekly schedule in Rippling, and coordinate with suppliers to keep operations running smoothly. This role requires strong leadership, detail orientation, and the ability to coach a team on the floor.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a supervisory/shift lead role in operations, warehouse, or retail.
• Strong delegation and organizational skills to run a shift smoothly.
• Excellent attention to detail under time pressure and high-volume handling.
• Comfort working across scheduling and inventory systems simultaneously.
• Clear written and verbal communication with associates and vendors.
• Willingness to work a full-time 40-hour weekly schedule and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to associates at shift start based on training and experience.
• Manage weekly schedules, time off, sick calls, shift swaps, and vacation requests in Rippling.
• Oversee exclusive handling of high-value inventory with logs for every transaction.
• Monitor supply levels and reorder to avoid shortages during operations.
• Audit inventory discrepancies and coordinate restocking as needed.
• Build supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and resolve issues promptly.
• Coach and develop associates with clear instructions and constructive feedback.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization for smooth handoffs between shifts.
