Popeyes is hiring a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, greet guests, manage orders and payments, and ensure a clean, safe dining environment. You will guide a team, uphold brand standards, and promote a positive guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes leadership, integrity, and willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations while supporting a fun, hospitality-driven culture at Popeyes.

Formación

• Experience in guest service and front-of-house operations.
• Ability to lead a team across multiple stations.
• Strong cash handling and transaction accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and assist with orders and payments.
• Prepare and package food and drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, restrooms, and exterior areas.
• Uphold health and safety standards in all work areas.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Popeyes brand and menu items.
• Monitor food quality and temperature for safety and freshness.
• Promote the High Noon Popeyes culture and teamwork.
• Be at least 18 years old and willing to learn all areas of restaurant operations.
