Job summary

Wendy's seeks a motivated Shift Manager to guide a high-energy restaurant team. You will lead by example, drive customer satisfaction, ensure food safety, and maximize profits while maintaining a fun, family atmosphere.

This position offers flexible hours, competitive pay in the $13.00–$16.50 per hour range, employee discounts, and benefits such as medical, dental and vision plans, life insurance, and a 401(k) with employer match. Training supports SERV Safe certification and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the country.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to lead a team.
• Willingness to obtain SERV Safe certification by end of training.

• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
