Job summary

Wendy's in Elyria, OH is seeking a Shift Manager to guide and lead the restaurant team to deliver fast, friendly service and quality food. You will model behavior, train teammates, and ensure operations run smoothly across shifts.

As a leader, you’ll promote a customer-first culture, maintain brand standards, support the management team, and encourage growth opportunities while managing flexible hours and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to obtain SERV Safe certification.
• Able to stand, walk and perform duties during shift.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation to store locations.

Pay Transparency

Pay Range $13.00 - $16.50 / hour

• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks

Pay Transparency

Pay Range $13.00 - $16.50 / hour
