Responsibilities

Shift Managers lead a shift each week and provide leadership to crew and other managers. Key tasks include:

• Food safety, internal communication, and inventory management
• Daily maintenance and cleanliness
• Managing crew and scheduling
• Quality food production and exceptional customer service
• Safety and security
• Monitoring performance and meeting targets
• Monitoring safety, security, and profitability
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to ensure smooth handover
• Assisting departments meet their goals

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality
• 18 years or older
• Positive team player with flexible schedule
• Passion for fast paced environment and ability to lead a crew
• Ability to meet shift targets and support departmental goals
