Job summary

Five Guys in Ann Arbor is seeking a shift manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager. You will ensure quality product prep, strong customer relations, and smooth team coordination in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, a passion for great food and great service, and a positive, energetic leadership style. This position offers competitive base pay, tips, bonuses, and growth potential.

Job Summary

The pay for this position is $17.00/hour + Tips + Bonus.
