Five Guys is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in the GM’s absence, ensuring adherence to standards in product prep, delivery, cleanliness, and guest relations. Strong leadership will guide the team through busy hours while maintaining quality and safety.

Position Overview

The pay for this position is $22/hour + Tips + Bonus. At Five Guys, we serve outstanding burgers and fries in clean restaurants with a top-tier customer service approach.

Responsibilities

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties performed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of the restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
