Job summary

Five Guys is seeking aShift Manager to direct daily restaurant operations in the General Manager’s absence, ensuring adherence to standards in product prep, delivery, and guest relations. You’ll oversee maintenance, team coordination, inventory control, and other duties as required to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Overview

The pay for this position is $21-22/hour + Tips + Bonus. At Five Guys, we serve outstanding burgers and fries, in clean restaurants with a top tiered customer service approach.

Shift Manager Responsibilities

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties performed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
