Five Guys in Ann Arbor is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise crew members, and ensure top‑tier service and food quality in a fast‑paced environment.

You’ll direct prep, customer relations, inventory, and maintenance, mentor a high‑energy team, and help grow with a company that promotes from within.

The pay for this position is $18.00/hour + Tips + Bonus. At Five Guys, we serve outstanding burgers and fries in clean restaurants with a top‑tier customer service approach.

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties performed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence. They ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
