Job summary

Five Guys Portage, MI is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations alongside Crew Members and Shift Leaders. You’ll direct prep, service, inventory, maintenance, and customer relations to ensure our standards are met.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, a passion for great teamwork, and a commitment to spotless food safety and guest satisfaction. Competitive pay with tips and bonus.

Job Details

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
