Five Guys in Birmingham, AL seeks a Shift Supervisor to support daily restaurant operations and coach a team toward delivering top-tier burgers and fries with excellent customer service.

You will train under Shift Managers and help oversee product prep, delivery, and restaurant upkeep while maintaining high standards. Eligible for tips and bonuses, with strong opportunities for career growth within the expanding Five Guys network.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail preferred.
• Ability to direct daily restaurant operations in the General Manager’s absence.

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
