Job summary

Five Guys in Pennsylvania is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help run daily restaurant operations and guide Crew Members and Shift Leaders in the General Manager’s absence. You will help ensure product prep, delivery, customer relations, and inventory management meet Five Guys’ standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and leadership abilities.

• Ensure compliance with company standards across product prep, delivery, customer relations, maintenance, and inventory.

The pay for this position is $19.00/hour + Tips +Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager's absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
