Five Guys is seeking a Crew Supervisor in the Washington, DC area. The pay for this position is $22/hour +Tips +Bonus, with real work/life hours and opportunities for growth as Five Guys expands across North America.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment.
• Ability to lead a team and ensure quality customer service.

• Shift managers supervise crew and shift operations.
• Direct daily restaurant operations in the General Manager's absence.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in operation, prep, delivery, and cleanliness.

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
