Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a Shift Manager in Pennsylvania to help run daily operations in the General Manager’s absence. You will oversee product prep, delivery, customer relations, maintenance and inventory, while guiding crew members and shift leaders to maintain high standards.

You will work in a fast-paced, energetic environment with opportunities for growth, bonuses, and leadership development, supporting a culture of quality and guest satisfaction.

The pay for this position is $19.00/hour +Tips +Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
