Five Guys is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Virginia. The role involves directing daily restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring compliance with standards in product prep and service, and overseeing customer relations and inventory management.

A strong focus on team leadership and guest satisfaction is essential. You will report to the restaurant leadership and work in a fast-paced Five Guys environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and manage shift operations.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

The pay for this position is $19.00/hour +Tips +Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
