Job summary

Five Guys in Wisconsin is seeking a Shift Manager to supervise crew and shift leaders, directing daily restaurant operations in the General Manager’s absence. You will ensure high standards across product prep, delivery, customer relations, maintenance, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Shift managers supervise crew members and shift leaders with extra responsibility for daily operations in the General Manager’s absence.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in product prep, delivery, customer relations, and restaurant maintenance.
• Oversee team and inventory management and other duties as required.
• Direct daily operations to maintain service quality and efficiency.
• Support a positive, high-energy work environment and strong customer service.

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
