Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a supervised shift manager in Gaylord, Michigan. The role supports crew members and shift leaders, with additional duties during manager absences to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.

Expect responsibilities including directing operations, maintaining quality, and managing team performance while upholding Five Guys standards and policies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail preferred.
• Able to motivate a team and create a great workplace.

The pay for this position is $18.00/hour + Tips +Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
