Job summary

Five Guys is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Williamsport, PA. The role offers $19/hour plus tips and a bonus, with real work/life hours and opportunities for growth as the company plans to expand across North America.

You will direct daily operations in the General Manager's absence, ensure standards in product prep and delivery, and lead the team in inventory, maintenance, and customer relations. This is a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and fun.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred
• Ability to lead a team and maintain high standards

The pay for this position is $19/hour +Tips +Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
