Responsibilities

• Lead by example while supporting team members, promoting accountability, and maintaining a positive, customer-focused work environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist in resolving customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Help ensure the store operates efficiently and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Assist with cash handling procedures, inventory management, merchandising, stocking, and product presentation throughout the store.
• Ensure the store, restrooms, food service areas, and exterior grounds remain clean, organized, safe, and customer-ready at all times.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support store operations, customer satisfaction, and business needs.

Position Summary

As a Retail Shift Manager, you will help oversee daily store operations while providing leadership and support to team members during your shift. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient operation. TOTAL AVERAGE EARNINGS FOR RETAIL SHIFT MANAGERS = $18.25 - $22.56 PER HOUR

• 4. Maintain Cash Control and Inventory Standards Assist with cash handling procedures, inventory management, merchandising, stocking, and product presentation throughout the store.
• 5. Maintain Store Appearance and Safety Standards Ensure the store, restrooms, food service areas, and exterior grounds remain clean, organized, safe, and customer-ready at all times.
• 6. Perform Other Duties as Assigned Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support store operations, customer satisfaction, and business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to accurately handle cash and operate a POS system.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
