Bango Bowls Shift leaders are critical components of the team and drive our culture. The shift leader manages daily store operations, oversees team members during shifts, and engages with customers. The shift leader reports to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all staff during your shift
  • Adhere to company standards to increase sales and minimize costs
  • Support the General Manager and be a team player
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and build relationships with patrons
  • Respond to customer complaints and turn dissatisfied guests into return customers
  • Ensure a safe working and guest environment
  • Comply with operational standards, policies, and laws
  • Ensure high quality of food preparation and service
  • Maintain a professional restaurant image
Requirements

Experience in management or related fields preferred. This is a full-time, mid-senior level management position in the restaurant industry, based in New York, NY.
