Job summary

Burger King is hiring a Shift Leader to ensure daily operations run smoothly and deliver exceptional guest experiences at our Wisconsin restaurant.

You will oversee ordering, payroll, and staff supervision, while upholding Burger King’s service standards and values. The role requires at least 1 year in QSR, strong leadership, and flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities include ordering kitchen utensils and equipment based on needs, managing contracts and payroll, and supervising restaurant staff performance. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes great customer service.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):
