Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the detailed execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
  2. Train and develop team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service consistently.
  3. Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures to maintain high quality standards.
  4. Implement strategies to drive sales and meet financial targets.
  5. Monitor and manage inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  6. Collaborate with other Shift Managers and the management team to improve processes continuously.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the Food/Hospitality industry.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
