Pizza Hut in New York is seeking a Shift Leader to report to the Restaurant General Manager and drive successful shifts. You'll own the restaurant during shifts, train team members to Pizza Hut standards, and resolve customer complaints with BLAST while prioritizing the customer.

You will manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and safety, ensure brand standards, use Hutlink and Learning Zone tools, perform audits, and lead by example with professional conduct and core values.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certified required.
• Experience leading a team on busy shifts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer use.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong communication and feedback skills.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of restaurant and team during shifts.
• Train team to Pizza Hut standards and brand expectations.
• Resolve customer complaints using BLAST and prioritize customers.
• Promote positive restaurant culture and employee experience.
• Manage inventory and food orders, ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Enforce service principles and brand standards on shifts.
• Assist with inventory, forecasting, and scheduling processes.
• Ensure tools and knowledge provided to team members.
• Deliver high customer satisfaction on all shifts.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety, and brand policies.
• Lead with Hut tools (Hutlink, Learning Zone, Pizzapedia).
• Perform training materials and follow-up with staff.
• Delegate workload and manage shift staff efficiently.
• Conduct audits and maintain a safe, organized restaurant.
• Brand steward for Pizza Hut; uphold HR policies.
• Reflect Tasty Hut core values in daily work.
• Other duties as assigned.
