Job summary

Tasty Hut, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader for Pizza Hut to manage daily operations, staff, and guest satisfaction. You will train the team, ensure fast service, and uphold brand standards across shifts. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities include inventory control, coaching team members, and resolving issues to maintain a positive dining experience. A valid driver’s license and familiarity with Hut tools are preferred.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Certification required.
• MSM courses 4-5 recommended.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong communication and feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of restaurant and team during shifts.
• Train team members to Pizza Hut and Tasty Hut standards.
• Resolve customer complaints using BLAST and prioritize customer needs.
• Maintain inventory and food orders; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and policies.
• Lead and delegate tasks to run efficient shifts.
